Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Civil Drainage Engineer with 4-10 years of experience to support our Municipal Services Division (M.S.D.) in our Colorado Springs, CO office. The successful candidate will serve as project engineer on multiple projects related to drainage, flood control and municipal projects with an emphasis on stormwater management & water resources engineering.

Required Skills

We are seeking someone who has obtained or is able to obtain a professional engineering license within 1 year of being hired. Candidates must be familiar with civil engineering design and computer modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3d and/or Microstation in addition to common hydrological and hydraulic design software and computations.

Individuals with strong technical competencies and understanding of business practices is a plus. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is eager to lead and manage projects and bring value to the work environment while working as part of a successful team.

Required Experience

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field (M.S. in Water Resources preferred)
  • 4-10 years of experience including hydrological modeling, hydraulic analysis and associated drainage calculations, construction plan production and technical report writing
  • PE License
