Job Description
The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at over 400 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.

This position will serve as the liaison between the ATMP subcontractor site managers and the ATMP Senior Leadership team to include the appropriate Training Functional Areas (TFAs). Travel to approximately 30 ATMP manned sites at least once a quarter to perform health scorecard evaluation on the subcontractor performance on the over all site performance in staffing, training system availability, repair actions, site inventory, customer interface relationship, team well being, technical issues, training records currency and report issues to leadership team.

The individual in this position can be located anywhere in the Mid/Northwest region. Position requires over 50% travel.

Basic Qualifications
Ability to handle conflicting situations among suppliers at site
Communication skills in both presentation and writing
Knowledge of US Army customer training operations
Ability to gauge the relationship interface with Army Site customer and Lockheed Martin Subcontractor Site Manager
Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance preferred
Ability to travel 50%-100%
