Job Description
Management and Reporting Work Center provides overall management of all daily activities. The Site Manager will provide clear and effective communication and coordination of all support activities between the LM Team and 21CS Government stakeholders.

Overall LM Mountain Comm Team management to include;
- Keeping 21CS Leadership informed on issues/concerns
- Attend Government meetings/take and assign action items accordingly
- Ensure across the team shift coverage and appropriate security clearances are in place for all team members
- Oversee team continuity binder maintenance
- Oversee work center ticket response/report metrics, initiate corrective actions when/if metrics are not met
- Brief program/system capabilities during VIP tours/meetings/events
- Review and provide comments for Government assigned documents
- Conduct monthly Program Management Review
- Ensure team is compliant with CCIP/MICT requirements; meet External Inspection readiness
- Execute timely purchases needed to meet daily O&M and new requirements schedules.
- Oversee and manage all Mountain Comm Team activities.
- Ensure all work centers meet mission support requirements.
- Advise and assist on personnel issues.
- Ensure team meets all scheduled and unscheduled mission requirements.
- Monitor hardware and new project installations and impacts to Team LM
- Escalate issues/concerns to next level contract/customer management as warranted.
- Ensure training budgets are properly utilized to meet mission support requirements.
- Develop team goals/policies.
- Ensure adequate supplies, tools, test equipment, and other resources are available to meet mission requirements.

Perform and assign additional tasks as necessary.

Work to be performed at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS).

Basic Qualifications
Background Experience Required:
Top Secret/SCI preferred, Secret level acceptable with eventual ability to obtain TS/SCI

10+ years of experience in providing management/supervisory role within an Air Force Communications Squadron is highly desired.

10+ years of experience in managing large IT Services team efforts also desired, preferably at least 100+ employees working primarily 24/7 crew type coverage.

Experience with supporting General Officer/Flag Officer/ VIP environment desired.

Excellent customer communication skills required.

Desired skills
Must maintain overall awareness of team activities and responsibilities. Ability to communicate concerns/issues to 21CS Leadership and COR representatives and facilitate corrective actions.

Flexibility to meet new requirements/tasks including short notice meetings, visits, and new team support requests.
