The Orion Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst will hold the following core responsibilities:

• Budget and estimate planning and analysis to ensure compliance and process discipline
• Financial analysis in support of Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Management
• Working with subcontracts and Inter-company work agreements (IWTA) data
• Preparation of review packages for Program Management and NASA customer review

In addition, you will be a part of a team working to refresh and enhance financial processes and tools across the Orion Development and Production contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in advancing your financial analysis and EVM skillset!

Individuals in this role typically have minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience depending on degree/education level.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in cost/budget management
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work ad hoc requests
• Ability to work in a virtual environment due to teams working at multiple locations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Desired skills
• Self-driven, willing to advocate for continuous improvement
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in Earned Value Management System concepts and execution
• Basic understanding of an Integrated Master Plan and Schedule
• Large data analytical skills and tools knowledge such as Tableau
