Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Pay Range: $47,100 - $58,900 Annually
Trains, develops, and assists Branch staff in delivering a superior member service experience. Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch operations. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Promotes Branch business development and seeks to broaden member base. Effectively cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Acts as a Loan Officer, processing and approving member loans within established policies and limits. Acts as a teller and member representative. Acts as Branch Manager as necessary. Performs various Branch functions as required.
Directly supervises branch office personnel. Is responsible for the overall direction coordination, and evaluation of all department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring; coaching, mentoring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems timely. May be required to comply with NCUA requirements and register as a Mortgage Loan Originator and keep a current registration in compliance with the SAFE Act
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
