The Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union is currently looking to hire professional and enthusiastic Tellers. Tellers must process a variety of routine financial transactions, including check cashing, bond redemption, withdrawals/deposits, balancing accounts. These duties will be completed in person and over the phone with members of the Credit Union. The Teller will be responsible for ensuring quality transactions on members accounts, reviewing members accounts for possible new product sales, and ensuring negotiable items are in balance.
Other various departmental duties:
Obtaining monthly cross sale requirements
Following all member service standards
Assisting in opening Certificates of Deposit, money markets and other share accounts
Assisting members with various questions about their accounts & loans or other services
Processing night-drop and ATM transactions
Skills / Requirements
MUST have 6 months prior cash handling experience in a financial institution or retail background.
If coming from a financial institution, must have proof of cross sales.
Have knowledge of commonly used financial concepts/practices.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
