Works as part of a management team that provides leadership and overall management of the First Choice Counseling Center. Leadership is progressive and maximizes evidenced-based, national and standard practice principles. The director generates and meets revenue and other financial goals specific to center-wide and departmental success; works closely with other internal networks and external agencies regarding the service delivery system and mental health continuum of care; directs and monitors the identification and development of strategic, clinical, compliance and regulatory goals; supervises and leads a team of clinical, medical and operations managers who assist with implementing program and administrative policies and procedures; demonstrates a strong team approach to clinical and accountable care through use of outcome and quality-based care; ensures deliverables that provide superior solutions to meet clients' needs and achieve regulatory excellence; leads and monitors all aspects of program evaluation, enhancement and/or development of clinical programs, internal quality assurance, budget preparation and monitoring or business development opportunities.

First Choice Counseling Center Director is responsible in developing evidence-based clinical programming for our military families and active duty servicemen in the Pikes Peak area in an outpatient setting.

Provides oversight of training and supervision to align with Evidence-Based Models for PTSD treatment and co-occurring treatment.

Must be able to communicate effectively with military.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:
' Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in good standing in the state of Colorado.
' Military experience preferred.
' Must be at least 2 years post licensure with supervision experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
' Three years senior management experience, with documentation of leadership and proven management/supervisory experience.
' Knowledge of managed care principles, best clinical practices, business and management theory and models, critical thinking and team building.
' Experience working in an integrated mental health and substance abuse facility.
' Experience implementing Electronic Health Record.
' Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and customer-driven care achievements.
' Ability to analyze statistical and financial data.
' Strong verbal and written communication skills.
' Advanced computer skills.
