Job: Administrative Assistant

Childrens ARK is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant! The shift is Monday - Friday.

We are seeking a person who has computer proficiency and professional telephone communications skills. In addition, a person who can multitask with efficiency and has excellent organizational skills is a must.

The Administrative Assistant will:

1) Develop and type written correspondence
2) Respond to external correspondence
3) Handle confidential information
4) Receive outside contacts on the behalf of the CEO with executives of other companies, regulators, charitable boards, and customers
5) Plan, organize and coordinate administrative aspects of the Executive’s office functions.
6) Keep a neat and tidy work area free of needless papers and other office supplies.
7) Communicate clearly and effectively with company and non-company personnel.

1) Must be over 18 years of age.
2) Must have a high school diploma or GED.
3) Organized and have good time management skills.
4) Must have reliable transportation.
5) Must have computer proficiency.
