Job: Electronic Assembler

On a daily basis, performs the various process operations to assemble Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) hardware for a wide variety of customers. Processes performed include but are not limited to: reading drawings, interpreting materila lists, installing components, hand soldering, cable harness assemble, coating product, washing product, operating specialized equipment, using a microscope as an assembly tool and staying certified on an acceptable number of skill codes. Continuously performs all operations and processes in a safe manner. - Informs management or designee of potential safety and eronomic issues. - Ability to work from both verbal and written instructions (lot travelers, specifications, engineering instructions, etc.). - Periodically performs various types of maintenance an dinspection of equipement used in CCA and informs management of actions that are required that is beyond the scope of the technician. - Notify supervisor or trainer of any issues associated with manufacturing. - Demonstrates pride in work and personal accountability. -Ability to work as an effective and efficient part of a team as well as independently. -Continuously aware of the proper work priority and takes appropriate work relate actions. -able to resolve some priority and scheduling questions by using the current Business Planning System. - Occasionally supports meetings, customer issues resolution, audits and other business related functions both internal and external. -Concise understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. - Enters data into database as required by management or engineering -Completes time cards in an accurate and timely manner. -Does not proceed unless work requirements and standards are clearly understood. - Mantains a clean work environment. Accepts cross-training in other areas as opportunities are made available. NASA-STD-8739.3 Hand Solder & J-STD-001DS Space Addendum certifications a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen
