Category: Clinical Organization: Pikes Peak Mental Health Location: Phoenix Tower Req #: ppbh-00000706 Work Shift:8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work Week: Monday - Friday Minimum Salary:38800.00 Organization Description: Pikes Peak Behavioral Health Group (PPBHG) is a leading behavioral health care provider that has created help and hope for Southern Colorado residents for over 130 years. PPBHG currently is made up of 5 companies and a Foundation to provide a broad range of services to meet adult and family needs, substance abuse, acute treatment, and managed care. Additionally, we provide vocational skills training and affirmative employment in: catering, design/build/construction services as well as facilities management services. Provides therapeutic services for children, families and adults in an outpatient setting with minimal case management activities.. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to effectively meet the clinical needs of the clients. Responsible for accurate clinical assessment and diagnosis of clients. Responsible for effective treatment planning for all services provided by the team. Demonstrates the ability to perform, analyze and document mental health and substance abuse assessments, interventions and services. Maintains working knowledge of community resources and effectively provides that information to clients and/or their caregivers. Effectively works with referral sources and other community providers to cooperatively meet the needs of clients. May provide clinical supervision to members of the team as assigned. Skills / Requirements
' 2 years post-Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in good standing in the state of Colorado ' Experience working therapeutically with specified population ' Experience in various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches ' Excellent verbal and written communication skills ' Ability to be computer literate and type 25+ w.p.m. ' May provide some supervision to affiliate staff. PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: ' Prior experience in a supervisory role, or ability has been demonstrated at the level of supervisor. This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
