Jobing Description
BottomLine Solutions Inc., a contractor to the U.S. Department of Labor, seeks experienced trainers to provide part-time or on-call staff and management skills training in subjects such as customer service, team building, effective writing, and presentation skills.
Desired skills include some or all of the following: ability to work independently, communicate at all organizational levels, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, develop course materials (such as handbooks, exercises, and desk aids), conduct assessments, use computer or web-based delivery methods, deliver train-the-trainer, and lead organizational development interventions. All courses are ready for delivery.

Skills / Requirements
You must have prior experience delivering training to the federal government. In addition, you must have at least two years in adult learning in an organizational setting. A bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional systems design or organizational development is also required.
