Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers in both a professional and timely manner

Ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by accurately identifying and recording their service needs by asking key questions and using listening skills

Communicating service needs to technicians

Opening Repair Orders, clearly identifying estimate on the repair order and obtaining customer's signature on the repair order

Following up on progress of each repair order during the day and contacting customers regarding revised estimates, time changes and other recommendations after inspection.

Recording changes and customer's confirmation on repair order

Handling incoming telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments

Ensuring the vehicle is ready at agreed upon time

Providing customers with a thorough explanation of charges and work performed
