From initial orientation to ongoing training, we furnish our associates with the skills and support they need to provide care that preserves the dignity, health and happiness of our residents. We emphasize regular competency testing and in-service training to help ensure familiarity with the latest care techniques and practices for nursing homes.

Life Care recognizes that there must be both an individual and a collective responsibility for the care of each resident. We encourage and support associates to go “above and beyond” to meet residents’ needs. Our Whatever It Takes And Then Some program was specifically created to recognize those most outstanding acts of caring service.
